How do I change my account address?
Please complete and return the Change of Address Form linked on the Forms & Links tab.
How do I convey my interest to another party?
Please reach out to Owner Relations to discuss the documents that are needed to process an interest transfer.
When are royalty checks typically mailed?
Checks are typically mailed out on the 25th of each month unless it falls on a holiday or weekend. ACH payments are typically processed on the 25th of each month but may not be received until the 26th. These dates may vary slightly depending on holidays.
How do I access my revenue statement and detail?
If you receive a physical check, the details will be on the statement. All owners can also access check details via EnergyLink which can be found on the Forms & Links tab.
How long do I have to deposit my check?
If a check isn’t cashed within 90 days, it will need to be voided and reissued. Please contact Owner Relations to assist you with this process.
What do I do if my check was lost?
If you have not received your check and it has been 10 business days since it was mailed, please contact Owner Relations. The check will need to be voided, and the funds reissued during the next check write cycle.
Is there an annual release of accumulated funds under the minimum amount?
Caturus processes an annual minimum funds release for any owners that have accumulated $10 or more. This minimum release typically occurs in September.
What happens when my revenue is less than the minimum amount needed for a check write?
Caturus’ minimum check amount is $100. If your revenue doesn’t exceed $100, you will not receive a check for that month. You can request that funds be issued to you once your account reaches $25. Please contact Owner Relations to inquire about adjusting your minimum payment.
Does Caturus offer Direct Deposit?
Yes, Caturus offers direct deposit via electronic funds transfer. Please print and complete the Direct Deposit Form linked on the Forms & Links tab and mail to us with a voided check.
