Biography

Bryan Gunderson serves as Chief Financial Officer at Caturus. He previously held the same role at Kimmeridge Texas Gas (KTG), following his tenure as a Senior Advisor and Board Member.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Gunderson served as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Daytona Resources and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Minerals (NASDAQ: FLMN), after serving as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he oversaw the June 2022 ~$1.9bn reverse merger of Desert Peak Minerals and Falcon Minerals, creating Sitio Royalties Corp and taking the company public.

Mr. Gunderson has also served as Executive Vice President of Finance at Nine Point Energy. He completed a rotation program with GE Energy Financial Services and began his career in the Natural Resources group at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Gunderson holds a B.A. from Bard College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
